AFC – ABU DHABI, Playing against table toppers Iran on the final day of matches Friday in the AFC Dream Asia Cerebral Palsy Tournament UAE 2012 worries Korea coach Cho J-duck.

Speaking after his team’s 5-0 win over Jordan on Thursday, Cho said:

“We are worried about the match against Iran tomorrow, our goal is to minimise losses as much as possible. Our plan is to concentrate on a counter-attack, it is the only solution to facing a team such as Iran.

“But Korean fans are always in support and show great cheer for us wherever we play. This is a giant motivation for us.”

AFC Social Responsibility Committee Chairman Prince Ali Bin Al Hussain of Jordan was one of the special attendees at the matches Thursday, showing a great deal of support for the Jordanian team when they played against Korea.

Jordan coach Yousef Al Masry was happy with the presence of Prince Ali during the match.

“The presence of the Prince HH Ali Bin Al Hussain was a great honour for us, we will do our best and train to be a stronger and better team for next year’s tournament, in cooperation of course with the AFC,” he said.

The six-nation competition is the first tournament by the AFC for people with cerebral palsy and is held under Dream Asia, an AFC-led movement that uses football for positive social change.
