Mazloomi appointed Gahar Zagros coach

TEHRAN TIMES – DOROUD, Former Esteghlal coach Parviz Mazloomi has been appointed as new head coach of Gahar Zagros on Tuesday.
 
The 58-year-old coach replaced Mehdi Tartar in the Doroud-based football team.
 
The newly-promoted team sits just one place above the Iran professional League relegation zone.
 
Atila Hejazi will assist Mazloomi in the post and Hossein Torabpour has been named as the team’s goalkeeping coach.
 
Mazloomi has already worked at Abu Moslem, Saba Battery, Mes of Kerman and Sanat Naft as well.
 
Mazloomi won Iran’s Hazfi Cup with Esteghlal in 2011 after beating Shahin Bushehr in penalty shootout.
