Eamon Zayed could be on his way out in January
TEHRAN TIMES – TEHRAN, Irish Persepolis striker Eamon Zayed is likely to leave the team in the winter transfer window.
Zayed left Iran in October after he was left out of Persepolis team and returned to Persepolis training on Saturday.
“I am here to negotiate with the Persepolis officials to leave the team. I will consider joining the other Iranian teams if I receive the offer,” Zayed said.
The 29-year-old player signed a 6-month contract with Persepolis in December 2011. He became one of the most popular players after netting a hat-trick in the Tehran derby in February 2012.
