Argentina, Nigeria and Bosnia-Herzegovina grouped with Iran

Persianfootball.com – COSTA DO SAUIPE, Iran got an all but easy task for next summer’s World Cup in Brazil at the official draw ceremony in Costa do Sauipe on Friday.

Team Melli were drawn in group F alongside South American giants Argentina, African powerhouse Nigeria and European shooting stars Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Should Iran advance as one of the two top teams they would meet a team from group E which consits of Switzerland, Ecuador, France and Honduras

Carlos Queiroz’s men were placed in slot 3 and will play the first match in Curitiba versus Nigeria on June 16 before taking on Argentina in Belo Horizonte five days later and having the final group match against Bosnia Herzegovina on June 25 in Salvador.

Below come the groups for the 2014 World Cup which will take place between June 12 and July 13.
