Week 22 of the Persian Gulf League

Persianfootball.com – TEHRAN, The Iranian giant Persepolis of Tehran was defeated 2-1 by Foolad of khuzestan in Takhti stadium Ahwaz (Sharifat 35’ and Afshin 89’ for Foolad , Sayed Salehi 25’ for Persepolis), while Esteghlal of Tehran another Iranian giant edged Esteghlal of Ahvaz 1-0 (Ghazi 76’) in Azadi stadium.

As a result, Esteghlad of Tehran continues to lead the Persean Gulf Leage, while Foolad takes the second spot and Persepolis is now at third place.
