Team Melli players’ reactions to Montenegro game

Persianfootball.com – HARTBERG, Generally, Team Melli players reaction to Montenegro’s game reveal one issue and that is the ability of Team Melli players to execute tactical plays designed by Carlos Queiroz the Iranian head coach.

Ashkan Dejagah:
We played very well, created many chances and we could beat Montenegro. Hard work enabled us to execute all tactical plays Queiroz wanted us to perform. Montenegro is a good European side and today we showed we can beat good European teams. If we continue to work hard and support each other we will obtain good results at world cup.

Andranik Teymourian:
Tactically and with group work, we imposed ourselves on Montenegro while executing coach’s plans successfully. Montenegro was a good physical side with many players playing in European clubs yet we had several %100 chances against Montenegro. We closed them down and dictated our game up on them. We analyzed Montenegro very well and hope we continue to play better when we play Angola this Friday.

Reza Ghoochannejhad:
I believe we played very well although we draw with Montenegro but we could beat them and we had many chances until the end. We played very well as a team and all players tactical performance executed very well. Montenegro is a physical team with young squad which plays similar to Bosnia and I am happy about our performance today.

Masoud Shojaei:
I believe this was a good practice game to prepare for Bosnia and if we were more careful in our final touches we could come out victorious. Montenegro is a strong side with physical game yet we run more and physically we were more superior to them. Due to positive hard work and healthy completion in Team Melli camp all players played very well indicating we are reaching our potential and getting ready for the World Cup.

Jalal Hosseini:
This was our second game in Austria and we played much better than the one against Belarus. After week of very hard work we were able to prepare physically and perform well while executing the required tactical plays satisfactory. Due to our hard work physically and tactically we are not at our full potential, yet we played better than Montenegro.

Khosro Heydari:
We played better than Montenegro while creating many chances. We showed a good game today indicating we are preparing very well for the World Cup. For sure we are getting better as we progress and hope we will have a victory against Angola on Friday. Montenegro was a good side and with little luck they could have been at the World Cup.

Amir-Hossein Sadeghi:
It was a good game we could win it but we were unable to finish our chances and we ended up with a draw. Our physical conditioning is improving day by day which enable us to perform our tactical plays with more confidence. The pressure in practice camp made us play better and hope we continue to improve and reach our full potential in Brazil camp.

Sardar Azmoun
It was a nice feeling to play my first match for Team Melli and I played without stress. I tried hard to execute coach’s plans correctly, I hope he is satisfied with me and I will be very happy when I score my first goal for Team Melli. I am young, eager and if selected for Brazil I will display my best game.
