Iranian Legendary Ali Daei to Attend Asian Cup Final

Loading...Tasnim News – TEHRAN, Iranian legendary striker Ali Daei will attend the 2015 AFC Asian Cup final match between host Australia and South Korea.
The match will be held in Sydney on Saturday.
“I would have liked to see Iran in the final, however, I think our team had a good performance in the competition,” Daei said.
The Iranian football team was knocked out of the Asian Cup after being beaten by Iraq 7-6 on penalties in the quarter-final.
Iran’s Alireza Faghani has been chosen to referee the match. The 36-year-old ref will be assisted by his compatriots Reza Sokhandan and Mohammad Reza Abolfazli.
