Naft Coach Mansourian Hails Victory over Al Shabab

Loading...Tasnim – TEHRAN, Iran’s Naft Tehran head coach Alireza Mansourian said they deserved to win against Al Shabab of Saudi Arabia.
Naft Tehran defeated the Saudi Arabian football team 3-0 in Group B of the AFC Champions League on Tuesday.
“I’m extremely happy for the win and the big result that we got tonight as we were the better side and the players performed the plan very well,” Mansourian told the-afc. “The big result reflects that we had the upper hand in the match.
“In the first half we controlled proceedings and we managed to keep a clean sheet while we put more pressure in the second half and scored three important goals. Al Shabab was totally different than the team that we played against in Tehran and they were tired tonight,” he added.
