Former Iran and Persepolis player Norouzi died of heart attack two weeks ago.
Iran beat Syria 2-0 Wednesday night at the Lekhwiya SC Stadium in Doha, Qatar in the final match and won the title.
Arsalan Motahari, who scored Iran’s second goal, was named as the Man of the Match.
The Iranian players dedicated their success to Norouzi at the end of the match by showing the Persepolis captain number which was 24.
