Iran want to play Romania in friendly match
Tasnim – TEHRAN, The Iranian Football Federation is waiting for the Romanian Federation’s response to arrange a friendly match.
The two teams had already reached an agreement to play a friendly in February, but the match was cancelled after the Iranian team failed to hold a training camp at this time.
The Iranian federation wrote to its counterpart asking it to consider the warm-up match once again.
Romania has yet to answer to Iran’s request.
Iran will hold a training camp in a European country in June and will play Macedonia in a friendly, but no contract has been signed between the two federations thus far.
