Iran captain Teymourian visits para-archery’s training camp
Tehran Times – TEHRAN, Captain of Iran football team Andranik Teymourian visited Iran’s para-archery training camp on Tuesday.
The Saipa midfielder attended the training camp along with his teammate Milad Meydavoudi and Hamed Shiri.
“It’s a great honor for me to participate in the training. As a member of Iran’s football society, I thank the athletes with disability,” Teymourian said.
“There is no difference between an athlete with disability and an athlete without disability. I wish them all the best to get good results in the 2016 Paralympic Games,” he added.
Teymourian also lauded Paralympics gold medallist Zahra Nemati who has earned Olympic quota place.
“I was surprised after Nemati booked a place in Olympics. I think she is a genius and his presence in Olympics and Paralympics is a great honor for our country,” he added.
