Tasnim – ANKARA, Former Persepolis midfielder Payam Sadeghian joined Turkish football club Osmanlıspor on Wednesday.

Osmnlıspor, currently playing in Turkey’s Süper Lig, was founded as “Ankara Belediye Spor Kulübü” (Ankara Municipality Sport Club) in 1978.

The 25-year-old midfielder has joined Osmanlıspor on a one-year contract for an undisclosed fee.

Sadeghian was on the verge of joining Iranian club Sepidrood Rasht but changed his mind and penned a contract with the Turkish club.

Payam Sadeghian has made five appearances for Iran national football team and scored one goal.
