Tasnim – TEHRAN, Bolivia football coach Cesar Farias is satisfied with his team’s performance against Iran, saying his young players gained experience in this friendly.

The South American football team lost to Iran 2-1 on Tuesday in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.

“First, I have to say we played a strong team. It was a good experience for our players meeting Iran,” Farias said in the post-match news conference.

“Our players were very tired because we had a long journey to be here. We played Myanmar four days ago,” he added.

“I am satisfied with my players. My team is getting better day by day,” the 45-year-old coach stated.
