El Universal – CARACAS, The concentration will begin this Friday when the Creole team leaves for the city of Oita, Japan, with some players, while the rest of the squad will be incorporated during the week.

The Venezuelan soccer team announced Friday the call for 23 players for the friendly matches against Japan and Iran, to be held in Japan and Qatar on November 16 and 20, as part of the preparation for the Copa América Brazil 2019.

Among the players called highlights the return of Yeferson Soteldo, Yangel Herrera and Salomón Rondón, as well as the presence of Bernardo Añor and Luis Mago, who make life in Venezuelan football with Caracas and Carabobo, respectively.

This series of friendly matches will be the last to be played by Venezuela before the end of the year, after the matches against the Basque Country and United Arab Emirates.
