Hossein Mehrban scored the only goal of the match in the 26th minute for the visiting team.
In Ahvaz, Sepahan and Foolad played out a goalless draw.
On Sunday, Esteghlal football team was held to a 1-1 draw by Naft Masjed Soleyman in week three of the IPL.
Mehdi Ghaedi gave visiting Esteghlal the lead after 16 minutes but Hamed Noormohammadi equalized the match with a header in the 70th minute.
Esteghlal has yet to win with Andrea Stramaccioni in the new IPL season.
In Isfahan, Zob Ahan and Tractor played out a goalless draw.
Saipa defeated Nassaji 4-3 and Shahin Bushehr drew 1-1 with Paykan.
Padideh sits top of the table with nine points from three matches. Sepahan is second with seven points.
