Rezaei scored in the 87th minute and sent his team to the fourth place of Jupiler Pro League.
Rezaei was invited to Iran national football team on Saturday by Marc Wilmots for the upcoming match against Iraq.
Iran will play Iraq on Thursday in Group C of the 2022 World Cup qualifier at the Amman Stadium.
