    Long Time without a post!

    Hey guys,

    Good to be back.

I have a lot to say, my chest is full, it might be a bit old for you, but I don`t care I gotta release myself.

    Back to TM:

Kick out almost all of them. Specially the ones with 20 k overweight. Kick out all the UAE base players. All the midfields. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I feel better now.

Biggest problem: No inspiration, the players think they are gods and no one can do sh"t about them, particularly the big names, Karimi and Nikki must be kicked out immediately.

Some one tells these players that hey you don’t play fantasy football, it’s a real field and you gotta run to fill it up.
Keep only a few players like Kia, Hosseini and Khalili and give the rest a big goodbye boot.

About the coach: How many times I should say that big international names are not going to do any thing for us. They are here to empty our pockets, they think of us like those `sheikhs` in Persian gulf: Go there, make money and have fun, exactly like what our players do. Look at them, they are all lazy.

We need a domestic coach who seek for the name. Give the team to Human, Daei, whoever wants to make a name. Who got two big balls (like Maielikohan) and doesn’t afraid to kick the big names out and bring young and motivated kids.

    Cheers,

        Haji...Ay Baba...Koja Bodi ?

        Anyway ...welcome back.....

YES....a wholesale solution is not a bad idea , but the bigger prolem is who will take the helm of Team Melli and whther this man has the balls to do some serious sweeping.

Haj agha, Khosh-Omadi......., welcome back !
I am with you all the way, except about the foerign coach..as I remmember , we exchanged some posts before about our difference of opinion on this subject.
There is a reason, that in 32 teams participateing in last WC, 16 had foerign coaches.........
Domestic coaches are great, and they should be supported and given oppurtunities , time to time...yet.....they at most what we have in our league.....but, when WC comes, we need to be better than our league, and over acheave........
One should not generalize all foerign coaches, as there many who are just after money, and relaxations....but, there are also some who are dedicated to better things........
There are some like clemente....and there are some like ex-coach of Sepahan.

            LOL.

.... more like "kaleh khar". that perfectly describes MK

among all the candidates, I can only see MK having the "balls" or be "kaleh khar" enough to bench ppl like VH or karimi and let jabbari or meydavoodi take their places.
which, mind you all, wouldnt be such a bad idea to begin with. eh?

Thanks guys. I missed you too. I am happy that I found some times to spend with you guys.

                  About the coach:

I swear it’s not a big job to do in National Teams. You gotta pick a big team strategy and set your players like them. For example, even I can put a team to play like Arsenal; can they pull out a game like them? Of course not, but it will be a carbon copy of that.

What we need to do is to shut the hell up the Media who are nothing but promoting their own agenda into national team, then give a kid a bit more time, support and confidence. Ask him to do whatever he wants to keep the team in order. Let the players fight for the jersey. Then we will be OK. Exactly what big teams are doing. Look at Brazil, look what Germany did, Holland,...

Otherwise, kiss a big good-bye to TM and pick another team as your favourite team as either we won’t get any where or we will be another embarrassment.

I rather we won’t get to WC if it’s gonna be another 2006.

Remember Ali Daei team in 2006? This is the consequence of that action. We were too P*SSY to bench him, now we gotta deal 7-8 more of the same attitude. We either gotta stand like a man and deal with it or put our tails between our legs and never cheers for TM in public from the shame.

I can’t believe no one sees NIKKI has 20 KG extra fat? Who let this guy even watch a game?

Because of Nikki I don’t think Ghotbi is a great coach either. The guy has no ball to ask the guy to be fit and eat less crap.

                  Too much talk.

                  Cheers,

And that's exactly what some of our own coaches have said in the past.. but unfortunately, they themselves, often (I am not saying all of them) fall into that trap of being persuaded to stick with a player they don't really want...

ghotbi did bench Niki at one point.. he did say he is over weight, but he too was (according to himself) persuaded to go with the 'norm' and not created more "hashieh" and he accepted it even though he admitted that it was against his inner will and rules of professionalism.. (I guess he realized this is Iran)..

I think Ghotbi made an exception to the rule by going with that to avoid being blamed for creating Hashieh and since he is new here, (and he is very clever) went with it... But, he will not accept similar arrangements IF he sign with PP again.. ( I am waiting to see more before I judge Ghotbi)...

But Ebrahim Zadeh couldn't have been persuaded to play NIKI..
that along with other decisions that he made showed that he shouldn't even be the interim coach..

Bottom line is that the most important skill of a good coach is his ability to make best use of what he has, but the most important characteristic of a coach is how independently he makes his decisions..

                      ... to save his job?

Once you bow, you will always bow.

We brought him bcz he was out of this crap-cricle, if he decides to play like the others, there is no difference between them any more.

You either gotta be bigger than your players or you will be the one who brings towl for them, nothing more.

Balls aziz, balls. The very important things in man`s body, that important that they are put outside of the body to stand differnet than the rest of the body.

                      Cheers
