How are the contract talks for John Terry and Frank Lampard going ?

Apparently they crashed after Chelsea couldnt agree on their fee demands - given that now most of the pay goes to last season expensive flops like Ballack and Shevchenko - and we may see either of the two or both in fact depart from Chelsea.

They will stay but they need to bluff to get larger contracts, Chelsea need them and they need Chelsea so I am sure something will be worked out.
