One thing I gotta give credit to la Liga is the lower teams still being able to compete. What amazed me is that in Europa league out of 4 teams in Semi-final 3 of them were Spanish.

yea, and last year, it was the same for portugal.

besides, athletic madrid and valencia cant be considered lower teams, they are among the top 5 in spain and have been the best after barca and madrid for many years. only athletic bilbao was a pleasant surprise!
