Kaveh is left out for Vahid Amiri? Ghafouri has been outstanding, why is he left out, for whom? Khanzdaeh? Chesmhi is there? Jalal Hosseini left out?

why are you whining now? thought yesterday game was just tweaking here and there? By this list you can see 80 percent of defense was from yesterday game and that worries me. Having Gucci on the team worries me, Having Dejagah that havent played for a year worries me. IF you look at last WC, some of those players that were played on reguarl basis were cut last min AKA khalatbari and he used Haghighi as our number one Goalie.

I'm just hoping this month he can do some magic

Historically CQ has shown he is truly a genius and his decisions are well calculated and ultimately beneficial

For example, when he got rid of hadi aghili and rahmati we thought we were toasted also we thought we didnt stand a chance against Argentina ( this was us Iranians, never mind the world) but the very same Argentina that we held hostage for 90 minutes went on all the way to the final game stopping germany for 120 minutes the very same germany that made a cartoon out of brazil with 7 goals in their own home


So even if CQ thinks khanzadeh or gholizadeh or any other zadeh that he picked are going to become the next pooladi we should trust him , one thing we as a nation did with this man was to never trust or support his decisions I think we should all send him love now and support the team regardless of player selection

his track record is a proof to us that he is able and capable of delivering results, its time for us to return his sweat work with trust, both him and the players thrive on fan support

Bro I have no problem with his selection, as I mentioned above we have fitter players we can relay on instead of taking injured ones.
I have to add that last World Cup, I feel we had a better defensive unit.

Khanzadeh is the biggest liability we have ever seen in TM I will pray every night before I go to sleep that he doesn’t touch the field. This guy isn’t even Azadegan level....how he made his way back into TM is beyond me.

Stupîd list and selection, i don't know what he smoke but the list is really fcuked up! Voria, Jalal and Kaveh indeed deserve to be in this list wayyyy ahead of like Khanzadeh, Cheshmi, Amiri and even Gucci. He is also taking a big risk by taking guys like Masoud, Omid Ebrahimi, Dejagah to WC without really tasting them, what was the point to announce the list that early without testing these players?
God Help us this time and i mean it, i feel a rape! Shaky keeper, shaky defense without Jalal! Shaky DM!!

Honestly I feel like Carlos gave up on the DM issue and is going to take some serious risks this World Cup, wanting to score goals and build for the future with young players. Also he will maximize his attacking options I believe, since there lays our strength.

I try to avoid criticizing the coach's player selection because he does after all have much more info than we do.

But seriously I hope as some other members said that those left on stand by or whatever will still be added later. It honestly makes no sense dropping Kaveh, Hosseini and Ghafouri..

Ghafouri is our best option at RB, if he's not to start, then who!? Kaveh is a beast and has been killing it in Belgium, not to mention that he is exactly the type of player CQ likes, very smart, versatile, always running and hustling..
