I am with you on that and I think that our victory against the U.S was sweater because of the way that we performed and the way that we scored our two goals.
Under CQ however, Iran does not care about playing a beautiful attacking football. Winning the game at any and all cost is what matters. This is a very defensive minded discipline team which relies on quick counter attacks and set pieces to score one or two goals at maximum to defeat its opponents.
Yesterday's game against Morocco and the 1-0 victory against Korea in 2013 which secured us a spot in the 2014 world cup with the way Reza Ghouch scored the goal, are great examples of how Iran earns most of its victories against its opponents.
And frankly most Iranian fans seem to be okay with it.

Some of you are so incredibly lame asking about "winning in style". Why cant yoy enjoy this truly historic and great TM win?

Style isnt just attacking. Defending in style should also count. After the 20th minute Morocco had nothing left. They virtually had nothing dangerous for the remainder of tthe match. That is because we defended in style, we mske a good team like confused and frustrated. That is style to me.

Morocco had 68 percent of possession but they managed just one more shot on target than us and no shots on target in the 2nd half. That my friends is defensive style that TM and most of all CQ should get credit for.

Enjoy this historic win and dont try and discredit TM and the results yesterday.
